Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to fees, which are freely available on the website. No funds derived from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities may be deposited with us.

Withdrawal of funds

You may withdraw any unused and wagered funds. All withdrawals must be made to the original card or other bank wallet that was used in your account. We reserve the decision of the minimum and maximum amount.

Errors

In the event of an error or malfunction in our system or processes, all bets will be void.

Rules of the game, refunds, and cancellation of bets

All published results become final after 72 hours. If the result of a match is canceled for any reason, all money will be refunded. Minimum and maximum betting amounts for all events are determined by us and are subject to change without prior written notice.

Matters beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of the Services caused by force majeure, which may reasonably be considered to be beyond our control. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the provision of the Service without incurring any liability.

Liability

We will not compensate you for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) that you may suffer if we fail to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions unless we are in breach of a duty imposed on us by law in which case we will not be liable to you if such failure is due to: your fault, third parties or other conditions beyond our control.

Gambling for persons under the age of majority

If we suspect or are notified that you are currently under 18 years of age or were under 18 years of age when you bet through the Service, your account will be suspended.

• All winnings currently or to be credited to your account will be retained;
• All winnings resulting from betting through the Service while underage must be paid to us on demand;

This condition also applies to you if you are over the age of 18 but betting in a jurisdiction with a higher age limit than 18.

Fraud

We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. We will refuse payment to any Customer if any of these acts are suspected.

Your license

The license to use is granted to you for non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, upload, post, modify. Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Your behavior and safety

For your protection and the protection of all of our Customers, posting any content on the Service, and conduct in connection with it and/or the Service that is in any way illegal, inappropriate, or objectionable. If your behavior falls within the scope of “Prohibited,” it may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Complaints

If you have any concerns or questions about these Terms and Conditions, you should contact our customer service department using email. Disputes must be submitted within three (3) days. The Customer has the right to have the dispute resolved by arbitration. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall have no liability to you or any third party in responding to or acting upon any complaint we receive.

Breach of these Terms

Breach of these terms and conditions will result in the Customer’s account being blocked and investigated.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you access or use the Service, are a Customer, or a visitor to the Website. These Terms shall survive termination of your Account for any reason.

Confirmation

By further accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to each paragraph of these Terms.

As a result, you hereby irrevocably waive any future argument, claim, demand, or proceeding contrary to anything contained in these Terms.

Language

In the event of a discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and another version, the English version will be deemed correct.
